Terms of service

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of lottedsjewelry.com and any purchase made through it. By ordering you accept them.

Who we are

LOTTEDS JEWELRY sells hallmarked S925 sterling silver set with genuine lab-grown diamonds and natural coloured gemstones. Every piece carries an individual number. Nothing we sell is plated, bonded, filled or simulated.

Orders and pricing

  • Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include any tax the destination requires where we are able to prepay it.
  • A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when the order is placed.
  • If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before dispatch; you may cancel without penalty.

Made to order

Pieces are set and numbered individually, which is why handling takes 2–4 business days before transit.

Returns

Covered by our Returns policy: 30 days from delivery, for any reason, subject to condition. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Buy-back promise

Every numbered piece is eligible to be sold back to us under the Buy-Back Terms. In summary: the fee is 30% of the price you paid, reduced by membership grade, plus separately listed shipping, packaging and transfer charges; a 2% price-protection charge applies and is not reduced by grade. The full worked tables are published on that page, and the exact figure for your piece is shown in your account under Verify Your Piece.

Warranty

Covered by our Warranty page. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage from alteration or repair by a third party.

Intellectual property

Product text, photography and the LOTTEDS name are ours. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of their own local consumer law.
